Brokenwood Wines: Club Members Lunch.

In the heart of The Hunter Valley, Brokenwood Wines hosted a splendid Club Members Lunch, where the vineyard's venue set the stage for the special occasion. With 70 guests, the event featured a carefully curated catering package, promising flavours to compliment Brokenwood’s wine selection

 

CANAPE SELECTION:

Blistered Perino Tomato Tart:

Caramelised onion, Hunter Valley feta, pesto, and black olive topping.

Seared Scallops:

A delicately seared scallop, with buttered corn, romesco, and dukkah.

Wagyu Beef Tataki:

Wagyu Beef Tataki, puffed sesame crisp, tomato chilli jam, wakame, and togarashi.

 

BANQUET SELECTION:

Garlic & Thyme Braised Beef Brisket:

Tender beef brisket, braised with garlic and thyme with kale crisps

Roasted Porchetta Harmony:

Rich roasted Porchetta, paired with caramelized apple & cranberry chutney, and a drizzle of jus.

BBQ Carrots:

BBQ carrots, harissa, beetroot relish, and dukkah.

Eggplant Parmigiana:

Eggplant parmigiana, enriched with roasted tomato romesco, bocconcini, pesto, and black olive.

Crunchy Gem Lettuce:

Gem lettuce, sugar snap peas, spiced black beans, with ranch dressing and parmesan.
