The Wilderness Chef's Valentine's Day Pop-Up Event at Talulah

This Valentine's Day, The Wilderness Chef team curated a special pop-up event at Talulah, offering couples a memorable dining experience filled with romance and delicious dishes.

The evening commenced with a tantalising starter featuring creamy Burrata paired with sweet figs, served alongside freshly baked focaccia, drizzled with vincotto, with delicate prosciutto slices. This appetising introduction set the tone for the feast that followed.

Starter - Burrata with Fig and Prosciutto

For the entree, guests were treated to a succulent King Prawn served atop a bed of creamy risotto, accompanied by vibrant zucchini, tender asparagus, and fragrant herbs, all topped with a crispy olive crumb. This dish captivated diners with its harmonious blend of flavours.

The main course showcased a perfectly cooked Duck Breast, complemented by glazed beetroot, roasted cauliflower, crisp sugar snap peas, and a sprinkling of aromatic dukkah. Each element of the dish was thoughtfully curated to provide a balance of savoury and sweet notes, creating a truly memorable dining experience.

To conclude the evening on a sweet note, diners indulged in a delectable dessert featuring caramelised peach slices, velvety white chocolate yoghurt, a medley of fresh fruits, airy meringue, and a crunchy hazelnut crumb. This delightful finale left taste buds tingling and hearts full.
