Introducing HARVEST, a one night only dining experience that reimagines what it means to eat locally, with purpose, care and connection.

This exclusive event is a celebration of the land, the hands that work it, and the exceptional produce grown right here in our region. We’ve carefully sourced ingredients from within forty kilometres of our kitchen, working directly with local farmers, growers and producers to craft a seasonal four course menu that captures the very best of our surroundings, at their freshest and most vibrant.

Each course will be paired with wines by Rob from Inner City Winemaker based in Wickham, whose passion for small-batch, handcrafted wine brings depth and character to every glass. Together, these plates and pours tell a story of place, a true expression of the Hunter, brought to life on the plate and in your glass.

Hosted at The Owens Collective in Islington, the evening will also showcase the creative spirit of our region. Between courses, you’ll be free to wander the gallery and take in the work of exceptional local artists, adding another layer of richness to this immersive experience.

Shared around a beautifully set communal table, HARVEST is about more than just food and wine. It is a moment to gather, connect, and celebrate the incredible people, produce and creativity that make our region so special.
