Once you’re ready, securing your date with a deposit confirms our services, giving you peace of mind early in the planning process.

3–4 Months Before Your Event

Now the fun really begins!!! Exploring your menu options in your client portal. Here, you can also consider optional extras like bar service, canapé packages, late-night snacks, or even an oyster bar. This is also the stage to finalise guest numbers, dietary requirements, and any special requests.

6 Weeks Before Your Event

At this point, we need your final menu selections, dietary requirements, run sheet, seating chart, venue layout, and any details for special equipment like mobile kitchens. This allows our team to confirm staffing, equipment, and logistics to ensure everything flows perfectly on the day.
