The natural beauty of the estate created the perfect backdrop, Ebony and Grace's wedding radiated warmth and authenticity. The rustic styling added a whimsical touch to the ambiance, creating an atmosphere of pure joy and fun.

Guests gathered in the on-site dining hall, the air was filled with anticipation for the feast that awaited them. The team used our full Wilderness Kitchen set-up to make catering for 70 people an absolute breeze. For a true shared and family style dining experience Ebony and Grace selected a banquet main course. This style of dining is ideal for those who value togetherness and relaxed conversations, our banquet share plate option brings people closer around beautifully presented platters.

Banquet share plates are served down the centre of the table, giving guests the opportunity to serve themselves as they please whilst staying seated, which really suited the relaxed and family oriented style of this wedding.

Cooper and the team truly create magic! EVERYONE had something to say about the food and it was all positive - from the quality, portions, and of course, the taste! When our guests talk to us about the wedding - the meal is always mentioned - even three months later.

The team at Wilderness Chef took everything in stride and were so accommodating and patient whilst we planned our menu, and it turned out better than we expected. They checked in on the day and talked us through what was best regarding a necessary change. All the staff were professional and informative when guests had questions. Extremely punctual, everything happened right on time, it was all just perfect. Melt in your mouth, filling food and amazing service all round, highly recommend and can’t thank them enough for making our wedding the "Sunday Family Roast" experience we dreamed of!
