Shannon and Nicholas’ Wedding at Fernbank Farm

On Saturday, October 25th, we had the pleasure of catering the beautiful wedding of Shannon and Nicholas at the picturesque Fernbank Farm. With its immaculate gardens and stunning natural surroundings, the venue provided the perfect backdrop for their ceremony and cocktail hour.

For their guests, Shannon and Nicholas selected three of our delicious canapés to enjoy during the relaxed cocktail hour.

Canapés

Portobello Mushroom Arancini with leek, thyme, parmesan and truffle aioli
Grilled Prawn with sambucca cream, sambal and curry leaf
BBQ Chorizo Roll with aged cheddar, bruschetta, Dijon and crispy eshallot

The evening continued with an abundant banquet for the main course, designed to bring warmth, flavour, and connection to the table:

Banquet Main Course

Braised Beef Cheek with jus, thyme, radish and sourdough pangritatta
Torched Salmon with truffle capers, toasted sesame and dill

Sides (Option 2)

Layered Potato Gratin with creamed leek, marjoram, parmesan and crispy onions
Wok Tossed Greens with eshallot vinaigrette, chilli, ginger, shallots and togarashi
Roasted Beetroot with charred corn, mint, whipped tahini, leaf, lentils and spiced almonds

We loved being part of Shannon and Nicholas’ special day, helping to bring their vision to life and share a feast with their closest friends and family.
