On January 14th, 2026, we had the absolute pleasure of catering the wedding of Ash and Ewan at the stunning Leaves and Fishes. With just 39 guests, their day was beautifully personal, intimate, and full of heartfelt moments. The couple said their “I do” in The Colonnade, before moving into The Commons for a reception that celebrated love, connection, and of course, incredible food.

We kicked off the day with a relaxed cocktail hour, serving a selection of canapés that perfectly complemented the stunning setting:

Canapés:

Portobello Mushroom Arancini, leek, thyme, parmesan & truffle aioli

Teriyaki Glazed Chicken Dumpling, miso mayo, herbs, radish & soy seeds

Baked Four Cheese Tart, cheese custard, thyme & hot honey

The cocktail hour transitioned seamlessly into a banquet-style dining experience, beginning with a fresh and vibrant entrée:

MENU

Entrée:

Creamy Burrata, stone baked sourdough, baby tomatoes, balsamic onions & olive crumb

Banquet:

Proteins:

Braised Beef Cheek, jus, thyme, radish & sourdough pangritatta

Roasted Porchetta, braised Sicilian caponata & kale crisps

Sides:

Layered Potato Gratin, creamed leek, marjoram, parmesan & crispy onions

Dutch Carrots, roasted eshallot, tahini, shallots & spiced almonds

Perino Tomato, grilled zucchini & white bean salad, zaatar, mint, sumac seeds & feta

To finish, we served the couple’s wedding cake with cream and berries, rounding out a menu that was as indulgent as it was memorable.

Ash and Ewan’s day was a wonderful reminder of why we love intimate weddings—the chance to focus on meaningful details, personal touches, and food that brings everyone together.

Thank you, Ash and Ewan, for letting us be a part of your beautiful day! We wish you both all the happiness in this exciting new chapter.
