As part of Newcastle Food Month, we are proud to present “From The Valley to the Sea”, a one off exclusive dining experience hosted at Pier Ninety Seven, a shared dining experience with live music and stunning views over Newcastle Harbour. This long lunch celebrates the incredible food culture of Newcastle and the surrounding region.

This indulgent long lunch features a carefully curated five course individually plated menu, designed by our chefs to showcase the very best produce from both the land and sea. Each course is thoughtfully paired with exquisite Hunter Valley wines from Pepper Tree Wines, selected to complement and elevate every dish. Expect refined flavours, seasonal ingredients and a relaxed yet elevated dining experience.
